John Jaunese is considered by many to be among the great Melodic Guitar Players in the genre of Neo-Classical Heavy Metal Fusion. John Jaunese has performed live with such Metal legends as Metal Church, Soul Bender (featuring Michael Wilton of Queensryche), Cellador, 3 Inches Of Blood, Jennifer Batten, High On Fire, Strapping Young Lad, George Lynch, Lita Ford, Tony Macalpine and many more.  The first solo release was a 1997 EP titled "FASTEST GUITAR ON EARTH". A rich Neo~Classical sound that Guitar Nine press review touted with the likes of Legendary Yngwie Malmsteen, Tony Macalpine, and George Bellas releases. In 2008, and 2009 John, along with Brian Hunsaker, and George Varghese together Produced the Northwest Shred Fest Compilation Cd's. Top guitar talent from around the Northwest, and a few special guests participated in the Instrumental Cd's released in back to back years. Vol 3 is in the works. In February of 2009 John was offered a spot on the "SHREDDING ACROSS THE WORLD VOL II" Compilation Cd by Shredguy Records. A critically acclaimed release featuring members and ex-members of Dio, Korn, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Scar Symmetry. John's Song "Mindstorm" took the 2 spot only behind Tracy G (EX-Dio Guitarist).

BREAKING NEWS:The 2022 Album release titled “Heavy Metal Element” was released July 4th. Album theme based around the periodic table of elements, with a few spoof elements added that are actually abreviated band names of a few groups that have had huge influence on metal style music, and have forged the way for future music in this genre.  One of the elements have been activated in the lower center of the Album cover below. “Qr” That element is illuminated in green, which signifies that this sequel of “Heavy Metal Element” features Queensryche inspiration as the focus, with power ballads “Silent Lucidity” and “I Will Remember”.  These iconic songs were carefully re-created to capture the original feel, with combination of noticable differences to set apart from sounding too close from the original. Accoustic guitar on Silent Lucidity was performed with a 12 string, instead of nylon. There is an extended guitar solo, with the new song structure, length staying the same. Vocals for "Silent Lucidity" performed by Harley Van Kirk, and backing vocals by Mick Johnson. Kendall Bechtel performed vocals and other production on "I Will Remember". Bass guitar- Bobby Ferkovich, Keys- Op Sakiya. Other songs include "Mindstorm II, Kingdom Of The Sands” Vocals by Michael St James. Instrumentals Emolation, Futuristika, Speed Of Sound, and old classic Mindstorm, all from the shredfest era of releases.
